RETURN POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase if the following conditions are met. You must notify Ashland about the return/exchange within 3 days of the delivery date at orders@ashlandhardseltzer.com. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and returned within 14 days. Please note that exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
